Topps Flagship Football is officially back—and one of baseball’s newest chase inserts is making the jump to the NFL.

When 2026 Topps Flagship Football releases on August 21, collectors will get their first shot at pulling All Kings Football, an ultra-rare insert featuring some of the biggest names in the league.

And based on what Topps has revealed, these won't be easy pulls.

From the Diamond to the Gridiron

All Kings debuted in 2025 Topps Baseball Series 2 as a companion to the popular All Aces insert.

While All Aces celebrated dominant pitchers, All Kings turned its attention to baseball's biggest hitters, featuring stars and legends like Shohei Ohtani, Aaron Judge, Ken Griffey Jr., Willie Mays, and Mickey Mantle. The design draws inspiration from traditional playing cards, with each athlete receiving the royal treatment.

Now Topps is bringing that same concept to football.

Who Made the NFL All Kings Checklist?

The inaugural football checklist includes 25 players, with a mix of quarterbacks, running backs, receivers, tight ends, and young stars.

Some of the biggest names include:

Just How Rare Are They?

This is where things get interesting.

According to the official product information, base All Kings cards are individually numbered to just 250 copies.

There is also a Gold 1/1 parallel, available exclusively in Hobby and Jumbo configurations.

That means even the "base" version isn't really a traditional base insert. With only 250 copies of each player, All Kings is being positioned as a legitimate short-print chase from the beginning.

Pull a Mahomes, Allen, Burrow, or one of the young stars, and you're holding a card with a very limited supply.

Topps Is Building a New Football Insert Identity

All Kings arrives at an important moment for Topps.

The 2026 release marks the return of Topps Flagship Football with full NFL licensing for the first time in more than a decade. Alongside All Kings, collectors will find familiar Topps concepts like Golden Mirror variations, 1957 Rookie Variations, 1991 Topps designs, autographs, relics, and other short-print inserts.

That gives Topps an opportunity to establish an entirely new hierarchy of modern NFL chase cards.

Football collectors already know names like Downtown, Kaboom!, Color Blast, and Manga.
